monster and full throttle are better as a drink. they have a good flavor, and they provide me with not that much energy, and to me, red bull is nasty and the equivalent of injecting my bloodstream with 5 pounds of sugar

Monster Chaos is awesome. It has fruit juice in it. Sure none of them are that good for you but neither is cocaine so if you're looking for an upper an energy drink isn't all bad.

None of them!  They're all unhealthy for you.  If you need a boost of energy, eat a full breakfast every morning and take a multivitamin, and get plenty of sleep.

Stay away from Red Bull because it thickens your blood and causes clots.  The others probably do to.  Stick to water.
