Which energy shield is better for energy saving?

My internet connection is too slow for me to browse those sites thoroughly, but I noticed eagleshield had "reflective insulation" which keeps radiant energy from getting in or out.  That's funny, because I was actually going to suggest covering your house with aluminum foil.
