Which engine oil is better petronas sprinta 4t 10w40 or 20w50?

Petronas Sprinta 4t is good oil but i wanna know that for bajaj avenger 180cc , will 10w40 be a better option or 20w50 as bajaj recommends 20w50 in their manual.

someone told me that as the grade goes down the oil gets better.

so kindle suggest me Petronas sprinta - 10w40 or 20w50 ?

20w 50 is better, but unless your country had  winter, to me both is about the same

I would definitely stick with what the manual says since the numbers have to do with viscosity (the ratio of the tangential frictional force per unit area to the velocity gradient) of the oil. You don't want to put in an oil that is too thick or thin or one that is too heavy. This could ruin your engine.

in most vehicles the oil viscosity is wrote on the oil cap or in the owners manual i would go with the manual
