it is best to go for IT in case you are interested in software filed bcoz IT field is blossoming day to day.and one more thing about IT is it is much more advanced brance of computer science and each and every company in computer field are looking for the IT people with good communication skill and they provide handsome salaries with a min of 30,000.the disadvantages of other groups over IT.

1)ECE is a standard top level group,so nw a days most of them prefer ECE but there is a blunder which they commit to themselves.that is the ECE field is fully competetive,so it is tough to survive there.you have to be  a topper to gain a good job but in case of IT you have a good choice of jobs with peak salaries that too immediately after completing your bitech.

2)IT is advanced to computer science so without any doubt IT is best compared to csc.

dear friend my suggesstion is better go for IT than any other group.take a good decision.all the best.
