i think.. worf gets a disease.. and he goes back to being a primitive species of klingon.. then the crew starts getting effected.. eg: riker turns into a mad monkey man.. counsellor troy turns into a fish lady.. picard and data are the only ones who arent effected..

can anyone give me the name of the episode and series of TNG?
