Question:

Which excersizes should i do to be able to do more pull ups?(excluding pull ups)?

i cant find bars anywhere, and im not allowed to the gym. i can climb short walls but will that help me to be able to do more pull ups???

  1. Any exercises that use the same muscles as pull ups and use them in the same way (pushing up with back of arms).  For an easier approach you could start by doing push ups while standing facing a wall and pushing your weight out from the wall.  Even just sitting and tensing the muscles on the back of your upper arm as hard as you can repeatedly will help (and you can do this while watching TV).  Go on google and type in 'upper arm exercises' for more ideas.
