One hour cardio dancing a day only 5 times a week orOne hour cardio dancing a day only 5 times a week and strength training 30 minutes 3 times a week?or its just the same? as my goal is to lose weight many, honestly speaking im 80 lbs overweight man and im planning to lose, most of my friends discourage me to weight training bcause it wont work for an overfat guy like me. They said i must do cardio more focused and as soon as i drop my fats thats the only time i should start weight lifting for it will never grow any muscle until i lose much of my body fats is this true? please any advices will do. thanks and more power
