Which exhaust is better for my 04 civic ex?

the buddy club spec 3 or the pro-spec....

do they both pass the smog and are they good with the gas saving....

from the vids the spec 3 sound quieter. I like the pro spec better.

Whichever gives the least restiction/highest gas flow rate.

No reason to change it unless you just want to be obnoxious.  You won't gain any real power, but people will call you a Ricer.

Keep it stock.. Unless you have a turbo or other performance mods, doing anything to the muffler will no nothing.
