Which eyeliner can I use on my waterline?

What eyeliner can I use on my waterline that won't smear and that looks very dark. I use a black one but its not dark enough and plus I have to reapplied it every two hours or so.

MAC fluidline works really well and it comes in a bunch of colors and the black is definitely dark.

or if you just wanna go to a drugstore/target the HIP cream liner works too, veryvery similar to MAC.
