  1. Ferrari waited 21 years before Michael Schumacher won the Championship. He helped guide them and build them back into the force they are now.


  2. If you're talking about championship. By the record, FERRARI is currently the longest, their last winning season for constructors championship was 1983, but for the drivers championship on that year was taken by Nelson Piquet Sr. of Brabham-BMW.

    The last championship of Ferrari team with their drivers rank 1 & 2 was 1979, with Jody Scheckter (champion) and Gilles Villeneuve (2nd place) respectively.

    After that they did not become champion untill year 2000 with Michael Schumacher as their driver clinched WDC and constructors championship as well for the Ferrari team.
