If you are consenting adults, str8 or g*y go for it, if you want children with very close relations make sure you are not multiplying a genetic defect. Otherwise no problem, although some are not within the law!

2nd Cousins I think is legal, actually even first cousins is legal (I'm not condoning it though)

In the UK it is currently legal, though there's a chance this could be changed due to how common it is within certain minority communities. However, the increase in risk of birth deformities is really tiny unless the same thing happens repeatedly (i.e. you marry your cousin and then your children marry their cousins, etc): the more times it happens within the same family, the risk will probably increase, but if it's only done once, these risks are much smaller than commonly believed.

Yuck! The worst is brother-sister... Marrying my cousin? I wouldn't even consider because it would be WEIRD! The ONLY way I think it's slightly alright is if you aren't related by blood, just by law. (Do you get cousins-in-law?)
