Marciano/Ali is by far the #1 fantasy matchup off all-time. Ali/Louis would be #2. I don't see Tyson being anywhere in the picture since he only rated about #25 all-time.

Marciano was too small and way too slow to trouble Clay in any way he did not have the size nor the speed to trouble Ali in the ring it would have been a one sided fight that would not be too entertaining. Tyson on the other hand was the polar opposite of Ali, Ali was a gracious boxer, he used his foot work to move swiftly and his speed and reflxes to pick apart his opponents, tyson on the other hand was not graceful at all, he wasted no time in punching his opponent's head off if he had the chance, Ali was a quick and crafty out boxer while tyson was a vicious and fast in fighter, this would have been a little more entertaining because even though Ali would probably win at the end he would have a much harder time against a prime tyson who had the size the speed and the power to actually give him a tough fight.

actualy I would rather watch Marciano vs Tyson, Ali dont realy box, he runs around the ring until you get tired and then he gets you with a few uppercuts, while Tyson and Rocky have pretty similar styles.

I guess when you say Marciano vs. Clay, you mean a very young Ali (pre-Liston I). On the other hand, when you say Ali vs. Tyson, you probably mean the Ali during the Frazier/Foreman/Norton years. Both would be entertaining fights. Clay would be much too elusive for Rocky and also remember that he was a svelte 20 pounds heavier. Clay would probably win a fairly easy 15-round decision or stop him late on cuts. It would still be interesting because Rocky would be tenacious throughout and never give up. Against Tyson, Ali would use the ring and stick his jab to survive the first couple of rounds. Towards the middle rounds, Tyson would begin to get frustrated which would allow Ali to just dominate the fight with his jab and movement and trash-talking. Ali by lopsided decision. But to answer the question, I'd rather watch the Marciano fight since nobody has ever witnessed him losing.

Clay holds far too many advantages over Marciano.  For all his heart and bravery Rocky would be over whelmed by Clay's speed and grace.  He would never be able to mount a serious attack.  He would land a few good punches but How do you fight a guy like Clay if you can't get around the ring or reach him?  

Rocky has a puncher's chance but a better chance of finding Bin Ladin in Wal-Mart than landing enough punches to stop Clay.  

ALI vs TYSON is a FAR more competitive fight.    Here you have someone who is FASTER, STRONGER and More POWERFUL than Marciano against a Slightly stronger but Greatly Reduced in Speed, version of ALI.  Tyson poses the Far greater threat.  

It's much easier for Clay to avoid the punches of Marciano for 15 rounds, while landing enough of his own to stifle Rocky's later rounds attack.   IT's a FAR greater challenge for the slightly Slower, Older, ALI Extend The Much Stronger, Faster Tyson into the later rounds.

Marciano has much better Stamina than Tyson does.  Tyson is VERY dangerous in rounds 1-5.  His punch out-put is greatly reduced between rounds 6-10.  Still, ALI must MAKE it to that point.  

ALI would Stop Tyson a little sooner than Clay would stop Marciano.  However, he would have to WORK harder at doing it.
