  1. Taco Bell can be healthy if you order items without cheese and sour cream (it's called the Fresca Menu) because the beans have quite a bit of fiber and protein.

    Subway is probably the best choice, though, because you can customize and add veggies and control everything that goes on your sandwich. Also, their wheat and honey oat breads each have 6 grams of fiber, which is awesome. So, veggies + fiber + lean protein (turkey, veggieburger patty) is definitely the way to go. Also, pick avocado over mayonnaise : )

Yes Subway is very healthy for your body all you have to remember, is not to go overboard on your sandwish with all that fat stuff like bacons and meatballs hero with sauce. now those are not healthier for you since there mostly fill with fat. but it's ok to get those stuff with your sandwish  once in a while, but not everyday plus you will have to work that off by working out.  so again yes Subway is very healthier for your body  just depends on the stuff that you put on your sandwish that may not be good for you.

  3. Subway is better than most.  The key is to avoid fried foods.  

    If you get stuck somewhere and need to eat, don't worry, almost any fast food sandwich can be made healthier by skipping the cheese, bacon, and mayo. Just don't make a habit of it.  Also try the plain roast beef sandwich if they have it.

  4. Its not that Subway is "Good for You" but if you order without cheese or mayonaise then it's a lot lighter & less fat & calories.
