  1. wendy's has baked potatoes, chili, yogurt, and grilled chicken sandwiches that r really good for you. you can go to pretty much any fast food place, just order grilled chicken sandwiches, and healthier side options. you can also visit the place's website and you bag a meal and it tells you total calories, fat, carbs, etc. and you can also see what healthier side options there are

  2. get a sandwich from a deli or make something at home, fast food is not the only food you can eat on the road.

  3. WENDY'S!!!!!!!!!!! WOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!

  4. well I mean they have salads @ Mcdonald's and wendy's, just go light on the dressing and get grilled chicken instead of fried.

  5. Honestly I wouldn't go to any take-away places.

Prepare something before you leave to take with you.

  6. one with a vegetarian menu

  7. Yeah way to go on saying no Subway...People are soooooo generic that is what they always think of. Check these yummy yummies

Chipotle-Burrito Bowl, No Tortilla some of the freshest ingredients and Diet friendsly

    Soup Plantation- Yup mmmmm

P.S. Alot of Fast Food places have Salads ranging from the Bk Lounge to Ronald McDonald's Clown ***, There is healthy choices pretty much everywhere. Don't let Jared make you want to go to Subway....You can make a sandwhich at home girl!

  8. you can make any place you go to a healthy place.

    try eating fruits & vegetables

-they are high in fiber, which makes you feel full & has lots of nutrients & vitamins.

    eat whole grain

-whole grain has high fiber & complex carbs. complex carbs are energy boosters & are the good carbs.

    low fat dairy

-is sometimes said to help loose weight, also fills you up & has calcium

    meats

-go with a lean meat, like chicken not hamburger also make sure its not fried but grilled.

    AVOID

    -greesy french fries

-juice or lemonade fountaindrink (usually full of sugars, high fructose corn syrup & additives, most juices like that only if anything contain 5% fruit juice) just get water its free, no calories, best for your body & helps fill you

-buns, breads or anything that are white. ONLY eat whole grain. i just read about this last night. it said that the simple carbs boost your insulin level whichs tell your body you have enough energy & fuel, which then tells your body to start storing the other energy you have, when it does that.. it stores it as fat. also simple carbs (found in all white breads, rice ECT) have to burned off right away & since you'll be sitting in a car that wont happen. however complex carbs (found in whole grains) will preserve the energy.. so you have longer to burn it off.

    LAST THING

go for low-cal foods. sitting in a car, you wont be burning anything so make sure that theres nothing/very little TO burn.

sorry if this got confusing. i know i jumped around. hope i helped & have fun(:
