Which fast food place's food is more fattening? Mcdonalds, Wendys, Arbys, Burger king?

  1. I know whoppers, and Fries are bad. When fast food places put mayo on the sandwich it makes it worse. I try to eat salads or at Mcdonalds, I get chicken sandwich without mayo.  Or wendys without mayo on the hamburger. I try not to eat fries. Fries are the worst item to eat.

  8. burger king because wendys at least has milk and other veggies and mcd's has salads and snackwraps, and arby's has many healthy foods.

  11. I would say Arby's because if you were to buy the Roast Beef and cheese,curly fries,and a medim soda, it would be more fattening than a burger with french fries and soda.

    There is no lettuce and tomato in Arby's sandwich, and the cheese sauce is nothing but flavored fat. Plus i think the bread is more fattening. the curly fries have added breadingand salt and are twice fried.

    However, Arby's is the place of the wrap and the homestyle sandwich,so Arby's has more healthy choices than the other fast food places.

  18. I was reading something on-line the other day.  They said that fast food restaurants fry the same foods in the oil.  That  means they use the same fryer.  (for fried chicken, fries, onion rings, and other stuff.
