Which female Australian author wrote a book of short stories called 'In this House'?

I think it was published in the early 1990s. the front cover was blue and there was a sketch of a cup of tea on it. The stories were about people coming to a realisation. One of the stories was called 'Somebody else Running'.

Possibly it was Janet Shaw.  I found this in a PDF on the internet: "Among Australian writers I admire, high on the list is Janet Shaw, who to my. knowledge has only published one book of stories, In This House, in 1990.".
