Assume that three identical clones based on an average 23 year old man are trained three years, all in equal proportions and effort.

Clone A gets trained in R.A.T.

Clone B gets trained in military BJJ training

Clone C gets trained in Krav Maga

After the three years, A fights against B, A against C, and B against C. Assume that after each fight the dead clone (the "loser") is revived. The clones have no protection during the fights, which are held in metallic 10 m x 10 m cubes with no objects in them except air and the clones. The clones want to fight and win. The cube is lighted on the top side of the cube.

Assuming average values for all parameters not elaborated upon.

PLEASE STATE YOUR EXPERTISE IN VARIOUS FIELDS OF MARTIAL ARTS AND THE AMOUNT OF YEARS YOU HAVE SPENT IN EACH ONE OF THOSE FIELDS. Then, please state who you think will win this competition.

  1. Are you familiar with rock, paper, scissor?

Martial Arts, or any fighting style, has advantages and disadvantages.

The of fighters will anticipate motion of their oppents by weight placement, foot placement, and general posture.  In order to predict movement, you must first master those movements yourself.

This was the apeal of Bruce Lee, his method of fighting was to fight without form.  Form means predictable.  Predictable means vulneerable.

  2. The Bjj trained clone will win as his training is best adapted for a style of fighting with two aware participants stalking each other around in head to head fighting.  Have them jump out of blind corners and attack eash other, create the possibility of weapons or multiple attackers and the upper hand changes to one of the others.

Of course training in one martial art system doesn't mean your training will be equal to others who have trained in that system under different insturctors.  All trainers and training is not created equal.

  3. This is one of the craziest questions I have heard of.

    BUT

In a close quarter area BJJ will win.  Krav Maga has a chance as well.

If you really want to check my pedigree you can see how much I know about martial arts by visiting my site.  That says it all.

  4. ALL things being equal, it would be a draw.

  5. 8 years of Karate-1st degree Black Belt, 3 years as an instructor. Also Some tea chi and kung fu.

All of those are good...I would say the Military BJJ clone would win.
