Which fights do you think has been fixed so far?

boxing has ripped boxing fans off in fixing fight in the past , but recently has there been a fixed fight? i think the de la hoya -mayweather was , whats your input?

just as a reply to james b's answer, DLH may not have won that fight, some people thought he did others didnt i personaly dont think he did but how can you say that he hasnt had a significant fight sice 2000??? are you insane, even though hoya lost to mayweather he came a lot closer than most boxers ever would, to take the p4p the distance and lose on a split decision is somthing to be proud of, i think people underate hoya at the mo, jus because he didnt ko forbes, who has never been stopped anyways, doesnt mean he is c**p, id still put DLH in with a good chance against any fighter out there today

The only fight that I ever questioned was the De La Hoya-Sturm match. I thought Sturm had crushed De La Hoya, but Oscar got the decision victory. It made me think that the decision was only given so that there would be a huge mega-showdown between Bernard Hopkins and Oscar De La Hoya, which turned out to be overhyped in the end.

you can'tg be serious if you think that Oscar won that fight.  Or do you think he threw the fight?  If he threw the fight, why was the judge who scored the bout for DLH not in on it?

Since 2000 Oscar has not won a significant fight.  He could not KO a boxer who LOST on a reality TV show....

In what reality does DLH still have the skill and heart to compete with world class athletes?

His win against Sturm as woody said looked to be fixed, at the very least the judges knew what was at stake as Oscar looked to have been beaten quite severely

That is an 8 -5 record over 13 fights, Forbes is a reality TV show runner-up, Campas was fighting for the 87th time, Derrell Colley is not exactly PBF, Costillejo was fighting his 55th fight... These are not credentials that would suggest his loss to PBF was due to the fact he threw the fight... Make sense?

Mayweather beat de la hoya pretty clearly it was obvious for anyone who knows boxing, floyd outlanded him by well over fifty punches and de la hoya could not connect any of his power punches at all, i suspected that de la hoya's fight with sturm was fixed, he got beat in that fight but he won anyway because he was meant to fight hopkins right after and they could not afford to have him lose before the big fight.

ok i dont know about fixed but i have always had a problem with the marvin hagler - sugar ray lenord fight, im not sure what those judges were watching that night but i taped the fight and i scored it four times and each time i scored a split decsion in favor of hagler.
