  1. Did you know that sony bought off ALL Minnolta products......

i mean there is still minnolta cameras out there but no more new are otu to come..........

  2. Well, I personally have a Canon AE-1 and love the blasted thing to death...  Of the cameras youve shown, I'd prolly say the Rebel GII.  At least with the GII, if you have any standard hotshoe flashes, you can use them (without TTL, but still)...  I also never did like the Minolta AF cameras.

  3. I own a Canon EOS Rebel X(S!)

It's very useful, especially with the telephoto and regular lens. The regular lens actually makes it balanced very, very well. I took a picture of a creek and could have sworn they were photoshopped, as far as I know: Quality is superb, picture-perfect photos every time.

With my digital, my hand is too shaky, and it always blurs. With the Canon, even though it's still indoor light conditions(Same lightning, exactly), it never blurs. Again, the quality will be greater then your digital, enless you paid about a thousand or two for it, or if it's 12 megapixels with a professional printer. I developed at Walmart in 1 hour, by the way.

However, if you don't have a rechargable battery, you'll have to go towards the photo section of Walmart and anywhere else you visit for the batteries.
