Which financial intuitions report to which credit bureaus?

How can one find out which bank, financing company and credit union reports to which credit bureau? For example most banks pull credit checks from equifax and reports to them. Whereas certain financial institutions report to trans union and so forth. Who deals with which?

I'm not aware of any resource for that kind of info. Besides, what difference does it really make?

You are right,not all of your credit information is the same in each credit bureau report.That is why you should get a copy of all 3 reports to monitor your credit. Each business is free to decide if they report to all three or just one.They all deal with all. It is up to the financial institution.

Yea but most places pull all three if its a big loan so no it really doesn't matter, they are going to see whats on all three even if that particular item is only on one.
