Neither. They're both too matchy. I try to never wear two items from the same store in one outfit. I never repeat outfits.

Besides, neither is good for school. Try normal length pants.

i like the 2 better but u should get id of the sweater, get a cute black vest,  get a solid color shirt under it, the shorts are great and no flip flops try wedges or some flats. good luck!! :)

well they really look exactly the same

they both have

shorts

cardigans

tanks

sandals

and whatever else.

but

if i was ever to wear that i would wear the second one because that one actually has a pattern on the tank instead of simple and boring.
