Which flight school looks better?

I want to get my Commercial license and Instructor ratings but I am not sure which school will be more professional. They are both at my local airport. The first link doesn't offer Instructor Courses but he said I can go elsewhere because it's only $3,500 for the course. The second link offers basically everything.

$3,500 for a CFI is a pipe dream, it won't happen.  It'll be closer to $8-10,000 for an initial CFI.

I taught a few CFI's in my time and i know about how much flight time it takes.  $3,500 is a bald-faced lie. Go to the other place.

$3500 for a commercial license and that includes everything?  I'd get my commercial there and the CFI at the other.
