Which flight schools in canada or usa offer all courses from PPL to ATPL where you will have you 1500hrs?...??

None where you'd have 1500 hours. I'm sure some would sell you those hours if you can afford them. But that would be some kinda moola.

You don't get all 1500 hours in flight school.  You get entry level pilot jobs where you're paid to fly.

Dude, if you need 1500hrs to obtain an ATPL then you better find another job!! The vast majority of pilots can get a frozen ATPL after 150-200hrs and then instruct after that to build up their hours. Paying for 1500hrs is ludicrous.

there is a flight school in califronia which gives you all courses from PPL to ATPL then gives you CFI flight instructor license then you work for them for 1 year with monthly earning 1000$ as a flight instructor ,, through this way you can build up your flight time up to 1000+ hours ,,
