Which flip is easier to learn?

back flip?

also, which one is more dangerous...?

p.s. As of right now, I cannot do any flips... so I am a total beginner. (I can do one handed cartwheels though.. if that even counts lmfao)

Back flip is way easier in my opinion, do you have access to a foam pit that or do what i did, my girlfriend is a cheerleader and taught me all the things i needed. careful with the gainer, a few of my friends can do them but i am no where close
