That seems to be the perfect combination of  Chinese Wok-based cooking, using a variety of herbs, spices and flavour / texture combinations usually found in the Indian subcontinent.

That is a tough questions.  Both cuisines are delicious in their own way.  

If you're lucky enough to live in Vancouver, Canada you can enjoy the best of both worlds at Green Lettuce, a Indian Chinese fusion restaurant.  Yum.

I prefer the North American version of Chinese food to South Asian Indian food, and I don't care for North American Indian food at all.

I love both but definitly prefer Indian. And yes, South Indian food rocks. =)

Chinese! Because I don't really find indian food is that good. I've had indian food, and it's just... really .... bleh. It's just acquired taste I guess. I grew up eating oriental food. Indian food is too smelly and... dry?

Definitely Indian...and the good homemade stuff.  I love south Indian (upma, avial, etc.) since I was introduced to it by a friend of mine.  Absolutely delicious!
