  5. Well - you can eat lots of junk food - You're going to have to to gain weight, breads, pastas I have found cause me to be more hungry too.

  11. I'll just assume you want to gain muscle weight and not just fat weight.  This will require some weight training in addition to supplements that include a diet of high protein and a supplement known as amino acids.

    The weight training should be with heavy weights and low number of reps. and two or three sets of each muscle group exercise.  It might be a good idea to join a health club and seek the advice of a professional trainer to get you started.  It might also be a good idea to speak to a dietician.

    It’s really better to just be thin than go out and put on a bunch of useless and unhealthy fat weight.
