Which food suppliment useful togain weight 6 kgs?

i don't get enough time for exersize and enough food due to my job so how can i rise my weight ? my weight is 56 kg and it required min.62kg according to my height

  1. Try Whey Protein - but use it as a supplement, not a replacement meal. Have a protein shake every day and a protein bar every day. It isn't extremely expensive, however I would not say that it is cheap. So buy in large amounts to save money. (But first make sure you like the product - there are different brands, flavors, etc.)

    It also helps to lift weights (not too often - maybe 2-3 times a week) and to sleep lots (at least 8 hours of sleep) if you want to gain muscle mass. If you are going to lift weights I recommend to use a weight that is hard to lift (you should stop after 8-12 reps) and do 2-3 sets of that muscle group. Try to hit all main muscle groups.

    It may be a good idea to consult a doctor, or at least inquire about your weight problem next time you get a needle, check-up, or whatever.
