suggest just 1 food say a nut that can provide my everyday requirements (11mg).Also tell the quantity that should be taken

  1. Turkey,leafy green veg,raw nuts,cereal,wholegrain bread and pumpkin and sunflower seeds.

    the amount needed daily is,11mg for males,and 8mg for females.
