Which foreign market has the best growth fundamentals?

I'm interested in long term investments. At least 5 years.

Brazil is in an awfully comfortable position....very big oil deposits, but they just about run their entire country on ethanol...from grass, not corn ( grain and beef prices stay manageable) and ALL that oil can be sold to the U.S. and China. Creating jobs and income...and tax income for the gov.  Their citizens have NO trouble trying to juggle purchasing power with high fuel costs... so their economy keeps clicking.

They also export huge quantities of raw materials that China and India are buying to make steel, etc, for their infrastructure growth.

I would generalize with South America, ex-Venezuela.
