Which form of testing should I use on my teachers in this psychology project? Plus where can I find them?

I am completing an experiment in my psychology class involving gender vs intelligence. I will be giving a test to male and female teachers. Should I:

- Give my teachers a standard IQ test

-Pro: Simple, easier to find, easier to distribute, easier to grade

-Con: not specific enough

-Give my teachers different test for math english and science and social studies and use those stats

-pro: more specific, would be appliable

-con: where would i find these kind of test. where can i get them?

- Give my teachers a test only on the subject they teach: math, science, english, social studies

-pro: less paper work

-con: still dont know where to find these test.

I don't think your experiment is designed very well to start off with.  I think you should do a different experiment if possible because you have a very narrow sampling, and don't have a non-gender biased testing form already in place.

I'd try something else because even if you do pull this off, your results are so skewed from the poor research design, none of the findings will be significant anyway.
