Which form using for punjab entry tax?

No entry tax. So, no form is required for dispatching Goods to any destination in PUNJAB. However, VAT  No. of consignee and consignor are required on the Invoice to any destination in Punjab.

there is no entry tax for goods to enter punjab , you have to get the goods entered at the sale tax barriers while entering punjab ( if meant for consumption in punjab ) please note to get the tin no.(vat no. )  of the other party which is very very important other wise your consignement could end up getting stuck up at the barrier and above that a fine upto 50% of the value of the goods could be immposed on it if the vat no. are not mentioned or are incorrect. kindly see to it as the barriers are on-line and any wrong tin no. would be immediately alerted.
