Strawberries mold first. Bananas and tangerines have a rough skin/coat to protect it and has a very thin skin/coat which doesn't really protect them well.

I've never seen moldy bananas or tangerines, but I have seen moldy strawberries. It makes sense when you think about it, both bananas and tangerines have thick skins to protect the nutrients inside, whereas strawberries don't really have a skin at all.
