Physically, I find women more attractive - I'm quite fussy about appearance and dress style in men, but with women it doesn't matter to me so much. It's difficult to find a woman I'm not attracted to, lol.

The personality traits I find attractive are more common in men though (assertiveness, protectiveness, dominance etc.) which is probably why both my very long term relationships have been with men. But I'd find a woman with those characteristics equally attractive.
