Honestly, it's really hard to tell from those pictures. Also, are you willing to :

wear contacts

wear a wig

dye your hair

get a haircut for the occasion ?

All these things change the answer a lot. Just by your face shape? Pretty much any average anime girl.

Asuka from Eva would be good.

Mari from Blue Drop could work too, but her hair's a bit shorter than yours from the looks of it. [she's the one on the left in those links].

Now that I think about it, Midori Sugiura from Mai HiME (also Mai Otome) would actually be a pretty good choice too!

Hmmm, or you could do a younger version of Naruto's mom from Naruto [spoilers ahead] Her name's Kushina, and although she was pretty feminine when she got older, she was kinda tomboyish when she was younger. I'd assume her hair was shorter than what was shown in the manga, also, not a lot of people would catch who you were. It'd be like a walking spoiler lol But you could take liberities with her outfit.
