  1. In a tuning session with a licensed tuner will net you more hp with a safer car. Usually when you get a programmer they tend to run rich so that the car never runs lean throughout the power band so you still get decent power upgrade but you mpg loses big time. When a tuner is tuning your car you are able to tell them what type of tune you want whether it be an agressive or a street tune. To be safe I would always go and get the car professionally tuned since you are able to see and control what is going on with the car.

  2. It's Dyno, not Dino. Dino was Fred Flintstones dog.

  3. I would say go with the programmer. Plus you could make some money by charging your buddies to use it on there mustang.

  4. A Dino for sure.

  5. You've asked 2 questions there. I have no idea on HP

If you've added those things to the car, get it on a rolling road and get it chipped and set up. So both.

Or get it live mapped on the road, much better and I see more driveability in car over rolling roads.
