    Yeah, but it is...

    However, if you're determined to Anglicize a solid Irish name, please use Shawn. The other one always gets misspelled anyway.

    One other thing, the name Shawn Lee has a very choppy, harsh sound. For a better sound, you should use a 2 or 3 syllable first name to balance a one syllable last name.
