go to a pro shop ,that has demos in each one and try them or a golf course and talk to the pro . the one that sounds and feels consistency is the one you want .

It depends on the golfer because some guys like to work the ball.  I would go see a professional custom fitter for more information.  If, you are going to spend a lot of money of these irons.  You should get custom fit for your irons.
