Which golfer has the most holes in one

I remember hearing that Jack Nicklaus had a lot of hole in ones, but I can't say exactly how many.  I know that tiger woods has had about 20 holes in ones but most of those were not in tournament play.

You would have to be more specific in your search.  I am sure the Professional circuits have stats on that kind of thing.

As for the more general public, there is no answer ( none I would believe anyways)

Norman Manley has had 59 hole-in-ones and even had hole-in-ones on consecutive par 4's!
