Which graphics program should i use?

Which Graphics software should i use to mix pictures with a Song. I think there might be many but i want the quickest one. I noe how to use Mac/Adobe Flash, Photoshop.

I did one before with flash but it was a real pain and time consuming. I would prefer any tips with Flash keeping in view my project. The problem i came across in flash was that there is a time difference in the test movie preview and the live time-line preview.

if you just want to show pictures while a song plays - windows movie maker which comes with xp is very easy to learn and i havent noticed a significant time difference
