  1. Try the overlap grip.

  2. If you are slicing the ball then a stronger grip will certainly help. However, there are many reasons why you might be slicing. One of the most common reasons is trying to overpower your swing to get more club head speed. When this happens most golfers will get out of the correct swing plane and end up slicing the ball.

My suggestion is to slow down your swing, at least while practicing with a new grip. Understand what is happening when using the stronger grip and weaker grip. Using both can come in handy in different situations. You might want a bit of a slice on a wicked dog leg and being able to control that shot will have your fellow golfers in awe.

  3. The baseball grip, works for me.

  4. I have golf pride but i play on average 36 holes a day in the summer and they cause my hands to blister bad. I recently switched to winn grips and my hands stopped blistering...I would go with the winn grips if you play ALOT of golf but the golf pride if you dont play more than a few times a week.

  5. Golf pride grips.

  6. Basically , you have a choice of 3 grips.  There is the interlock where the lead hand interlocks with the back hand by interlocking the forefinger with the pinky of the back hand. Then there is the overlap where the pinky overlaps the forefinger. Then there is the baseball where all 10 fingers are on the grip of the club. Before you mess with the grip be sure that you are swinging properly on the back swing and placing the club on the proper plane so that the down swing will be the reverse of the backswing. If the swing plane is correct, then mess with the grip. Strong points the vees formed by the thumbs and forefingers to the outside of the back shoulder. Weak points the vees to the chin or the middle of the chest.  An adjustment  from weak to strong should be in slight increments until the ball flight begins  to reduce the amount of slice.

  7. Try the Natural Hold as shown at a cool website www.moenormangolfacademy.org...it stopped my slice and gave me a draw!

  8. I would use the interlock grip and place your right hand (if you are a righty) a little more towards your left hand, that will help you  square the club face at impact.

Practice it at a range first due to the fact that it will be uncomfortable at first,

Use smooth slow swings until you are used to the new grip.

    Hope that helps.
