Which hair over the counter color colorant is best for black hair?

Of course my hair is process by relaxers and hot curling irons. But I am turning grey and I wanted to do some form of permanent highlights on the top of my hair.

My hair is naturally black, please help

Nice and Easy makes a blue-black that is the blackest black OTC color I've ever seen.  It's a permanent color so be sure you want to do it.
