  1. Cob size is better for arabs. But if it doesnt fit her keep the recit so you can go get one smaller or larger.

    good luck and happy trails!

  2. Cob size is what horses with small or dishy faces usually wear. Horse is longer with a larger nose band and might fall off her face. Don't forget to check out the Pony sizes as well if Cob doesn't fit right!

  3. I would go with a cob size.

  4. Cob!

  5. For some manufacturers cob size and Arab size are the same thing. They are both a bit small than standard horse size and are for smaller horses.

  6. well i always thort cob was smaller then horse ...

  7. my horse is arb and i always get her a cob ;]

  8. You may have to buy two bridles to make one...A cob and a horse bridle and use the parts that fit best in that area.

As far as the halter, i have three purebred  Arabs and final found a place to buy Arab halters that fit...What i did before this is buy a horse halter with and adjustable nose, if actually fits better then Arab size.  Cob size did not work on mine.

  9. cob, horse will be too big aroun muzzle and will not give much control.

  10. Cob size is usually a better fit on an Arab.

  11. i bought an arab size halter for my arab, and it was too big.  i ended up getting a pony sized halter.

you may want to measure your horse, and measure the halters/bridles that you like, before buying.

    best of luck.

  12. a cob would fit better. [a lot better than horse]

  13. Depends on the size of your Quarabs head. I have some purebreds that need a cob and others have a regular horse size head. I will tell you was I have a problem with it the browband the cobs tend to be to narrow so now I go online and buy Arabian specific bridles. Their heads are not just smaller they are broad across the forehead, with well developed jowls, but short heads and tiny muzzles so bridles made for Arabian horses really are a god send. Hope this information helps ;~)
