    Budget is the least of it, what are you actually going to be using the camcorder for?

    Check following link for approx rates in USD (convert for INR)

  3. But sony  or canon handy cams as they are the best. But its really a low budget for a handy cam. Try puttin in a few 10000 Rupees more for good ones
