    *Glycogenolysis - lysis (breakdown) of glycogen

    *Glycolysis - lysis (breakdown) of glucose)

    Glycogenisis - gensis (creation) of glycogen

    *Kreb Cycle - oxidation of citrate (break down of citrate)

    *These are catabolic pathways.

    Sorry, I really understand the question. But I think you mean, which one of these pathways has ONE beginning stubstrate. That would be Glycogenolysis. Glycogen --> Glucose --> Pyruvate....so on.

    Glycolysis can begin with both glucose and glycogen.

    Krebs can begin with fatty acids, amino acids, carbohydrates and so on.
