Which has a better frequent flier program United or Continental? Which airline is the best ?

I don't know a lot about the frequent flier programs, but I think Continental is a better.  They are definately a better airline to fly based on one fact alone:

United is #1 in lost luggage, even one stop over and there is a HUGE chance you're luggage will get off the plane there instead of at your stop.  Even worse, it will end up in a different city.  I recommend to my clients that if they want to take United and have to have a stop over, not to check any luggage, try and fit everything into carry-ons.
