I believe that Bob Arum's "Top Rank" is currently the best promotional company in boxing.  Oscar De La Hoya's "Golden Boy Promotions" is a close second but I think overall Top Rank has the best fighters.  Don King is no where near as good as he used to be, but I would still put him third after the two that I already mentioned.  The problem with Golden Boy is that the majority of their stars are on their way out, meaning that they are close to being retired.  Top Rank has many up and coming young fighters as well as many big stars, such as Kelly Pavlik, Antonio Margarito, and Manny Pacquiao.  On the other hand, Golden Boy has THE biggest star in boxing- Oscar De La Hoya, but as I stated previously, I think that Top Rank has the best fighters when you look at the big picture.

I like a lot of Arums boxers but i would have to say Goldenboy has the better boxers and most of the superstars.
