Which has more alcohol content: Bud or Carling?

Question

i am trying to work out why i can drink 3 cans of carling and not feel too drunk, yet after a bottle and a half of bud, i feel quite drunk!

MC is 5% same as Budweiser.

BL is 4.1%...lower, but a negligible difference at best.
