A can of red bull or a cup of coffee. How much caffiene in relation to coffee do energy drinks have?

Red Bull.  All of the energy drinks that have caffeine are highly caffeinated...more than a cup of coffee.

It depends a whole lot on where you are getting your coffee. Some drinks from Starbucks contain 500 mg of caffeine, which is four times as much as many energy drinks. A typical cup of arabica should only have about 150 mg.
