Guiness is much lower than lager. Guiness is about 130 ish, whilst some strong lagers go as high as 300.

Yup, that's right - you can have two pints of Guiness to every pint of lager and still be under the calorie count.

The lager as long as it isn't a light lager.  Guinness has about as many calories as light beer at 126.  A standard lager is going to have more in the 180-220 range.  The calorie content of a beer is directly proportional to its ABV and Guinness is only 4.2% ABV vs. a standard lager having more in the 5-6% ABV range.

On a side note, lager is a beer style while Guinness is a beer brand.  If it was a lager vs. stout (Guinness' beer style) then the numbers would be more or less the same.  Guinness is a relatively weak stout.
