id say pressed, but theyre both pretty similar.

Powder shouldn't be giving you any coverage. It is to set your make up and help with shine.

You need a foundation make up to give you coverage.  And in that a cream has the best coverage.

Pressed has always worked better for me and my friends because for some reason the loose powder (unless you are really good with it) always seemed to kinda clump up in certian spots. With the pressed it isn't in the little balls that the loose always makes so it spreads more evenly with less powder. Hope this helped ^^
